The Fluoro-CheckTM Vitamin D test is a time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay for quantitative determination of vitamin D (total 25(OH)D2/D3) in human serum and plasma. This quantitative test is intended for use as an aid in the assessment of vitamin D sufficiency. Fluoro-CheckTM Vitamin D test results are interpreted as quantitative method by Fluoro-CheckTM TRF Analyzer. The reader can analyze fluorescence intensity of the test line and convert it to concentration of vitamin D in the specimen by the predetermined equation.
